What is sleep consulting for babies and toddlers?

Some children are naturally excellent sleepers, but others need a little help. That’s where a consultation with a sleep consultant (also known as a sleep expert) will establish a solid foundation for enjoying excellent naps and nights.

I help parents determine the most age-appropriate schedule and routine for their child while taking into account parenting style, family needs, and any special circumstances.

I also provide parents with the tools they need to help their child learn to sleep independently (i.e. they can fall asleep and go back to sleep without any intervention).

Working with a sleep consultant has many advantages: receiving relevant information, personalized advice, and ongoing support all play an important role in the success of this often difficult undertaking.
